6/14 - Day 11

Northern stretch of Lake View Trail out of Chicago.  Hancock Tower to left.
Passing through Loyola's campus.
Passing through Northwestern's campus.
The day's ride from Chicago to Racine was the most bike-friendly yet, incluuding the Lake View, Green Bay, Robert McClory, and Kenosha County Trails.  Abundant trails connect the Chicago commuters to the north that are outside of riding distance yet still wish to bike-commute.
Node along Robert McClory trail.
Transition from Robert McClory to Kenosha County Trail at Illinois-Wisconsin border.
The evening was spent reading John Sergeant's scholarly work on Usonian Houses, which situates the Usonian project within the context of Broadacre City, Wright's 'urban' vision.
